Job Summary

Drive the implementation and adoption of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions to enhance business processes, productivity, and decision-making. Collaborate with business and technical teams to turn business challenges into practical AI solutions while ensuring responsible, secure, and effective use of AI.

Role & Responsibilities

• Identify and implement AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions to improve business processes, productivity, and decision-making.
• Develop, deploy, and optimize AI-enabled solutions using technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Python, or related tools.
• Analyze data and AI-generated outputs and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and turn business needs into practical AI solutions.
• Identify opportunities for AI adoption, intelligent automation, and process improvement across business functions.
• Monitor and evaluate AI solution performance and continuously improve effectiveness and business value.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance, data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Explore emerging AI technologies, evaluate potential business applications, and promote AI adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, data analytics, automation, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience in developing, implementing, or managing AI-driven solutions, with the ability to translate business needs into practical use cases.
• Good understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, data analytics, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with AI and technical tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Python, data visualization, or related technologies is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze data and AI-generated outputs and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to continuously learn and apply emerging AI technologies.
• Relevant AI, Cloud, or Machine Learning certifications are an advantage but not required.
