Title: AI Creative Tools & Training Specialist

Location: Jounieh/Harissa- Lebanon

Capelli Sport (USA) partners with Fact Universal (Lebanon) to manage back-office operations across multiple regions, including the USA, Germany, China, and the MENA region. We are looking to support and develop the Graphic Design Department by introducing, implementing, and teaching AI technologies that enhance creativity, improve productivity, and simplify design workflows.

The role focuses on training, guidance, technical support, and AI integration rather than executing graphic design projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Training & Development

1. Train graphic designers on AI tools relevant to their daily work.
2. Conduct hands-on workshops and individual training sessions.
3. Teach effective prompting techniques and practical AI applications.
4. Develop training materials, tutorials, and best practices.

2. AI Tools & Creative Guidance

1. Research, test, and recommend AI tools for graphic design, image editing, vector graphics, 3D visualization, and creative production.
2. Guide designers in selecting and using the appropriate tools for different tasks.
3. Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot AI-related challenges.
4. Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and industry developments.

3. AI Workflow Integration & Automation

1. Identify opportunities to integrate AI into existing design processes.
2. Introduce solutions to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
3. Work with the Art Department to develop practical AI-assisted workflows.
4. Ensure AI tools complement existing Adobe and design software.

4. AI Standards & Performance

1. Establish guidelines for responsible and consistent AI usage.
2. Evaluate the effectiveness of AI tools and training programs.
3. Monitor AI adoption and recommend continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong knowledge of generative AI tools and their applications in graphic design.
2. Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and creative production workflows.
3. Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, and AI automation platforms (and any other platform that’s fits for the requirements)
4. Knowledge of image enhancement, vector graphics, apparel design, and 3D visualization is an advantage.
5. Proven ability to train, guide, and support creative professionals.
6. Strong communication, teaching, research, and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to translate AI technologies into practical solutions for graphic designers.

Expected Outcome

Build an AI-capable Graphic Design Department where designers can confidently use AI technologies to improve creativity, work more efficiently, reduce repetitive tasks, and maintain high-quality design standards.

Candidates should be willing to work based on American Standard Eastern Time zone. This is not a remote position.
