AI Strategist

For our client, we are seeking a AI Strategist to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape the strategy for AI-driven customer experience operations, with a focus on identifying high-value opportunities for automation and augmentation. You will partner across stakeholders to define priorities, sequence initiatives, and ensure the roadmap is grounded in business impact and customer needs. The position also plays a key role in evaluating LLM-based capabilities, using data and performance insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Identify automation and augmentation opportunities in customer experience operations
• Prioritize initiatives based on expected ROI and develop business cases
• Maintain and update the enterprise AI roadmap in alignment with customer needs
• Align stakeholders on priorities, sequencing, and success criteria
• Analyze conversation data to identify customer friction and operational inefficiencies
• Pilot new AI capabilities and measure their success before scaling
• Optimize existing AI agents by analyzing performance and recommending improvements

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology consulting, strategy, product, analytics, implementation, or customer success roles, ideally with AI or LLM-first products
• Proven ability to build roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on ROI
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance monitoring
• Technical understanding of LLM-based AI agents and their functionalities
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas simply
• Strong project management skills with a proactive execution mindset
