Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to evolve Brained's core intelligence stack.
• Integrate LLMs, retrieval systems, and agentic pipelines into secure, modular workflows.
• Push the limits of CERA's contextual understanding and decision-making capabilities.
• Ensure system reliability, transparency, and performance at enterprise scale.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in AI/ML architecture, backend systems, or intelligent automation.
• Strong foundation in distributed systems, LLM ops, and vector or graph-based reasoning.
• Proficiency in Python or Node.js; experience with cloud infra (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• A systems thinker who can turn abstract ideas into working intelligence.
