AI Talent Program

Position:

A core technical force driving breakthroughs in intelligent driving AI, focused on end-to-end learning, world models, and other key technology directions. Through cross-domain technology integration and innovation, you will solve core technical challenges in autonomous driving scenarios and drive continuous technological progress in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve deep breakthroughs in one or more core directions, including AI Infrastructure, Perception Models, End-to-End, VLA (Vision-Language-Action), and World Models;
2. Participate in and/or lead the design and review of technical solutions; formulate technology roadmaps aligned with business scenarios; and balance technical innovation with engineering delivery;
3. Drive the application and validation of core technologies in real-world products, and address performance optimization and cost control challenges in model deployment;
4. Track industry technology trends and benchmark practices, and translate cross-domain technologies (e.g., large models, robotics) into competitive advantages for intelligent driving scenarios;
5. Collaborate cross-functionally (with Product, Engineering, Testing, etc.) to convert technical outcomes into commercial value and support the scaled rollout of projects;
6. Lead the technical team in tackling key challenges, mentor engineers' professional growth, and foster a lightweight, fast-paced, and highly efficient technical collaboration culture.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Robotics, Vehicle Engineering, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred). Candidates should have published papers at top-tier conferences, held core technology patents, or led the R&D of technologies that have achieved scaled application;
2. 2+ years of work experience in AI-related fields, including at least 1 year of in-depth R&D experience in large models, intelligent driving, robotics, computer vision, or similar directions;
3. Experience in cross-domain technology integration is preferred; experience in core projects at top-tier internet companies' AI labs, leading autonomous driving companies, or robotics enterprises is preferred; experience leading technical breakthrough projects is preferred;
4. Proficient in at least one core technical direction (e.g., large model architecture design, perception algorithm optimization, distributed system development), with the ability to independently solve complex technical problems;
5. Possess a forward-looking technology vision and innovative thinking, with both strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent teamwork skills.
