Your new role

The AI Tech Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and governing production-grade Artificial Intelligence solutions across the organization, ensuring that AI capabilities are embedded throughout the entire solution lifecycle.

This person will combine strong expertise in AI Engineering, Software Development, and Solution Architecture with Governance, Security, and Responsible AI principles, enabling the delivery of scalable, secure, and business-driven intelligent solutions.

The AI Tech Lead will collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Data Teams, Business Stakeholders, and external partners to ensure the successful delivery, adoption, and continuous evolution of AI-powered solutions across the enterprise.

The AI Tech Lead will:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, production-ready AI solutions, leveraging Generative AI technologies, RAG architectures, prompt orchestration, retrieval strategies, and agentic frameworks to address business challenges;
• Build and maintain intelligent workflows capable of reasoning, planning, and executing actions through integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, automation platforms, databases, and business systems;
• Apply modern software engineering and AI delivery practices (including automated testing, code reviews, source control, CI/CD pipelines, observability frameworks, and LLMOps methodologies);
• Embed Responsible AI, Security, Compliance, and Governance principles throughout the solution lifecycle, ensuring robust controls around privacy, access management, auditability, and risk mitigation;
• Monitor, optimize, and continuously improve AI solutions in production, ensuring reliability, scalability, performance, latency management, and cost efficiency;
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, Data Teams, and Business Subject Matter Experts to translate business requirements into measurable AI outcomes;
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise ecosystems through APIs, event-driven architectures, workflows, automation platforms, and cloud-native services;
• Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, connectors, templates, and engineering standards that support the broader AI & Automation Factory strategy.

A typical day will include engineering AI-powered solutions, supporting technical design decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating intelligent capabilities into business processes, monitoring production environments, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous innovation and optimization across AI initiatives.

What you will need to succeed

As an AI Tech Lead , you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems , or a related field;
• +5 years of professional experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Machine Learning , or related field;
• Certifications in AI, Cloud, Machine Learning, MLOps, or related technologies , such as Microsoft Azure AI Engineer, Azure OpenAI, AWS Machine Learning, Google Cloud AI (these or similar Certifications would be a plus);
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering production-grade Generative AI solutions (including RAG architectures, prompt engineering, model orchestration, agent frameworks, and tool/function calling capabilities);
• Experience working with Cloud platforms and AI services (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP, including cloud-native architectures, containerized environments, and managed AI services);
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms through APIs, event-driven architectures, queues, workflow engines, ETL/ELT pipelines, and security controls;
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams (including Product, Data, Architecture, Security, and Business stakeholders);
• Strong expertise in building resilient, scalable, and maintainable AI applications, including monitoring, observability, testing, deployment automation, and performance optimization;
• Understanding of Responsible AI, Governance, Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Access Management principles within AI solution delivery;
• Knowledge of DevOps and AI Operations practices (including CI/CD tools, source control, environment management, automated testing, and LLMOps frameworks);
• Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English .
