AI Technology Lead

For our client, we are seeking a AI Technology Lead to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Media environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $202,500 – $225,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Guide cross-functional teams in identifying AI and automation opportunities
• Explore and assess emerging AI technologies for practical application
• Lead rapid prototyping to validate ideas and reduce uncertainty
• Develop proof-of-concepts showcasing AI-enabled workflows
• Shape AI strategy with insights from experimentation and identified patterns
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate ideas into implementation plans
• Establish standards for responsible AI and automation design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 9+ years in AI/ML, software engineering, or data platforms with hands-on modern AI experience
• Deep knowledge of Generative AI, including large language models and orchestration frameworks
• Ability to quickly explore and prototype new technologies
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams through technical discovery and implementation planning
• Strong grasp of emerging AI patterns and human-in-the-loop design
• Capability to influence stakeholders with clear communication and practical insights
