AI Testing & Market Analysis Engineer

Transsion Holdings is looking for an AI Product Test Engineer to join our growing AI team. In this role, you will be responsible for validating AI-powered products and features across mobile devices, ensuring quality, stability, accuracy, and an exceptional user experience. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, AI Engineers, Software Developers, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Product Test Engineer to evaluate AI features and smartphone products from both technical and market perspectives. The role combines product testing, AI feature validation, competitor analysis, after-sales issue investigation, and market research to improve product quality and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Test and validate AI-related features on smartphones and smart devices.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
• Analyze AI performance, accuracy, stability, and user experience.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback from after-sales service teams.
• Conduct market visits to gather real-world user feedback and competitor information.
• Research competitor AI features and emerging industry trends.
• Analyze market data and customer behavior to identify product improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with R&D, Product Management, Marketing, and After-Sales teams.
• Verify software fixes and perform regression testing.
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations for product optimization.
• Participate in product evaluations before new model launches.

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 2–5+ years of experience in software testing or product testing.
• Experience testing AI features or AI-enabled products is preferred.
• Experience in smartphone, consumer electronics, or mobile applications is highly preferred.
• Experience with market research or competitor analysis is an advantage.
• Familiarity with after-sales quality analysis is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of software testing methodologies.
• Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Understanding of AI technologies such as:
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Computer Vision
• Speech Recognition
• Generative AI
• Ability to analyze large datasets using Excel, SQL, Python, or Power BI is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Android systems is preferred.

Soft Skills

• Good report writing and presentation skills.
