AI Tools Associate

The role We are currently supporting a regional infrastructure development firm in Jeddah as they modernize how they handle thousands of project documents and internal requests. As an AI Tools Associate, you will help us test and implement specific automation tools to ensure their data moves correctly between old databases and new platforms. This is a full-time, fully remote position where you will learn how to apply technology to practical business problems that have a direct impact on large-scale construction and logistics.

What you will do

• Test different prompts in large language models to see which ones accurately summarize technical site reports for the infrastructure project.
• Verify that data exported from the client's legacy databases matches the new structured logs in our automation tools.
• Update internal documentation and step-by-step guides as we refine how these tools are used by the client's staff.
• Monitor error logs to identify where a process is failing and report the specific step that needs a manual fix.
• Categorize and tag large sets of project emails to help train simple categorization models for the engineering team.
• Sit in on discovery calls to take detailed notes on how the client currently manages their workflows manually.
• Compare AI-generated outputs against original source documents to check for accuracy and technical consistency.
• Maintain a clean database of test results to help senior practitioners decide which tools are ready for live operation.

What we are looking for

• A strong interest in how software tools can make repetitive office work faster and more accurate.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, including basic formulas and organizing data so it is easy to read.
• The ability to write clearly and explain a technical problem in plain English without using jargon.
• A logical mindset that enjoys finding why a sequence of events did not go as planned.
• Curiosity about how different systems talk to each other through simple file transfers or basic connections.
• Reliability in a remote setting, with the discipline to manage your own tasks without constant oversight.
• Willingness to perform repetitive testing and validation tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
• General technical literacy and the ability to learn new software interfaces quickly.
