Job Overview:

Brainy n Bright is looking for a passionate and energetic AI Trainer to join our growing team. If you love teaching, Artificial Intelligence, innovation, and inspiring young minds with future-ready technologies, we would love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive AI sessions for students aged 5–16.
• Introduce students to AI concepts, Generative AI, AI tools, and real-world applications.
• Deliver hands-on learning through AI projects, workshops, activities, and experiments.
• Teach beginner-level AI, Machine Learning, Python, and Prompt Engineering concepts.
• Guide students in using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other educational AI platforms.
• Create and update lesson plans, training materials, and AI curriculum content.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and management.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Encourage creativity, critical thinking, innovation, and responsible use of AI.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in teaching, training, or working in AI/technology education.
• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and basic Machine Learning concepts.
• Good understanding of Generative AI and AI tools.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to teach students from different age groups and learning levels.
• Passion for education, AI, technology, and experiential learning.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Python and beginner-level Machine Learning.
• Experience with ChatGPT, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and AI educational tools.
• Experience conducting AI workshops, camps, or after-school programs.
• Ability to develop engaging, project-based AI activities for students.
