AI Trainer Intern

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in gathering, organizing, cleaning, and structuring internal company data, documents, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support AI knowledge bases and workflow integration.

2. Monitor daily developments in generative AI, business automation tools, and LLM applications to support internal innovation discussions and operational updates.

3. Assist in testing, evaluating, and refining AI prompts, chatbot responses, and tool outputs to ensure accuracy and relevance for daily business tasks and administrative workflows.

4. Support internal teams in identifying repetitive operational tasks, mapping out workflows, and documenting feedback to improve the efficiency of internal AI assistants.

5. Assist in the preparation of training materials, user guides, presentation decks, and quarterly review reports for internal AI adoption and business process optimization.

6. Support selected business automation initiatives through research, coordination of user testing sessions, and helping cross-functional teams adopt AI-driven productivity solutions.

Qualifications

1. Current Year 3 or above undergraduate students, postgraduate students, or recent graduates within one year of graduation, preferably in Computer Science, Data Science or Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, or related disciplines.

2. Good understanding of business operations, general technology trends, and generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or workflow automation platforms), with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

3. Familiarity with data management, basic programming (e.g., Python), or prompt engineering concepts and data annotation tools is a distinct advantage.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-technical team members in a professional, collaborative environment.

5. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), ensuring high linguistic accuracy for text-based AI training tasks.

6. Prior internship or project experience involving data organization, business process mapping, or productivity software tools would be a distinct advantage.
