• We are seeking skilled Java Trainers with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join us in Hyderabad and contribute to impactful projects
• Key Responsibilities:
• Write clean, efficient Java code for AI model training and evaluation
• Debug and resolve issues in Java-based AI content or logic
• Evaluate and review AI-generated Java outputs for correctness and clarity
• Train and fine-tune LLMs using RLHF techniques
• Required Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience in Java development, teaching, or related fields
• Strong understanding of core Java concepts like OOP, exception handling, file I/O, and collections
• Familiarity with Java frameworks and best practices
• Ability to critically assess and improve AI-generated Java code
