AI Trainer - Medical

Summary

Use your clinical experience to review AI-generated assessments, treatment plans, medication reviews, triage decisions, discharge summaries, and patient education materials. You'll help train AI systems to reason more effectively and safely in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:

• Create realistic clinical scenarios based on professional practice
• Evaluate AI-generated clinical notes, care plans, and medical documentation
• Compare AI outputs and identify clinical reasoning errors, omissions, and safety risks
• Develop grading criteria and evaluation rubrics
• Provide detailed feedback on clinical decision-making, documentation quality, and patient safety considerations

Requirements:

• Active or recent clinical license (RN, NP, PA, MD/DO, PharmD, or allied health professional with independent clinical judgment)
• 2+ years of clinical practice experience
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and patient care workflows
