AI Training Data Curator

Catalog, curate, and annotate source code and domain datasets across Healthcare, Education, Travel, and Hospitality for AI model training deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Review and classify proprietary source code assets by domain, language, and quality tier.

• Write annotation guidelines and inspect instruction-following datasets for accuracy and coverage.

• Maintain provenance documentation, licensing metadata, and delivery manifests for all bundles.

• Coordinate with engineering to extract, transform, and package new data assets.

• Run PII scrubbing and de-identification reviews for healthcare and education corpora.

  Requirements

• Background in software development, data engineering, or applied NLP.

• Familiarity with dataset formats-JSONL, Parquet, CSV-and annotation tooling.

• Understanding of LLM training data requirements (instruction tuning, RLHF) is a strong plus.

• Knowledge of data privacy principles: GDPR, HIPAA safe harbor, FERPA.
