AI Training Specialist

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to people from all backgrounds. No prior AI or technical experience required — just a sharp eye, strong focus, and the ability to follow clear guidelines.

What You'll Do

• Complete structured labeling, rating, and evaluation tasks that train AI models
• Review and assess AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats
• Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs
• Flag issues such as inaccuracies, poor quality, or guideline violations
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow precise instructions
• Self-motivated and reliable — you can manage your own workload without micromanagement
• Comfortable working with web-based tools and platforms
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Curious, conscientious, and committed to quality
• No prior AI or technical experience required
