Salary Range: RM7,000.00 – RM10,000.00

Their marketing concept is to develop marketable travel packages based on market demand and trends, offered through their dynamic B2B booking engine.

We are looking for an AI Transformation Manager to lead the implementation of AI, automation, and digital process transformation across company departments (covering Operations, Reservations, Flight, Cruise, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Accounts, HR, IT, and Administration) to improve productivity, reduce manual work, minimize errors, enhance turnaround times, and generate measurable cost savings.

Responsibilities:

Workflow Analysis & Process Improvement:-

• Work closely with each department to understand actual workflows step by step, documenting existing processes, work volume, turnaround times, and key pain points.

• Review existing Operations and Admin workflows to identify repetitive, time-consuming, and manual tasks suitable for AI support or automation.

• Redesign and optimize workflows using AI tools, AI agents, and workflow automation platforms.

AI Research, Evaluation & Solution Design:-

• Stay updated on the latest AI tools, including chatbots, assistants, agents, document/OCR extraction, content generation, automation platforms, meeting/email tools, and coding assistants.

• Evaluate business problems to determine whether to adopt an existing AI tool, customize a solution, develop an in-house tool with the IT team, or outsource an external vendor.

• Evaluate and justify recommendations based on cost, effort, risk, and expected business benefits.

• Introduce AI for reporting, document processing, internal knowledge sharing, operational support, and administration.

Implementation & Project Management:-

• Conduct AI pilot projects with individual departments and implement successful solutions directly into daily operations.

• Configure AI tools, develop prompts, templates, and workflows to support business processes.

• Coordinate internal IT staff/programmers and external AI vendors for booking engine, customer data, or system integrations.

• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation schedules, budgets, and project delivery timelines.

Training, Change Management & Adoption:-

• Conduct practical, role-specific AI training for departments and Operations/Admin staff.

• Develop and maintain an internal AI guide covering approved tools, prompts, templates, and best practices.

• Appoint, train, and support an "AI Champion" within each department to drive daily usage.

• Provide ongoing support to employees to ensure high adoption rates.

Governance, Policy & Risk Management:-

• Develop, maintain, and enforce the company’s AI Usage Policy and practical guidelines.

• Establish clear rules on what company, customer, and personal data can or cannot be entered into AI tools, ensuring strict data governance and access controls.

• Ensure appropriate human review and approval for AI-related outputs involving pricing, payments, bookings, and important business transactions.

• Monitor and manage AI tool subscriptions, licenses, and overall company AI expenditure.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business/process improvement, operations, product, or technology consulting with tangible results.

• Strong familiarity with current market AI tools; ability to set up tools, write effective prompts, build working prototypes, and handle basic technical requirements (SQL, API, automation platforms).

• Excellent communication skills, capable of working hands-on with frontline staff while presenting confidently to management. Good written English.
