Your Role:

Generate high-quality, accurately labeled data to facilitate the training of NLP algorithms, using our cutting-edge, proprietary software.

Collaborate closely with technical staff to create datasets for model training, contributing directly to the development of innovative AI technologies.

Engage in diverse writing assignments to refine and enhance the performance of generative AI models like Siri, Alexa, Microsoft Copilot, AWS Q, OpenAI GPTs, etc.

Ensure delivery of curated data of the highest quality, supporting the seamless operation of on-device AI/ML systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Use proprietary applications to provide input/labels on defined projects.

Support the delivery of high-quality curated data, crucial for AI model training and benchmarking.

Work closely with technical staff to develop efficient annotation tools and methods.

Contribute to diverse projects, ranging from technical writing to data curation.

Key Qualifications:

Proficiency in reading and writing in both informal and professional English.

Strong research skills, with the ability to navigate various information resources and databases.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.

Ability to exercise autonomous judgment and make decisions based on limited information.

Background in technical writing, journalism, or professional writing settings is a plus.
