Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and AI-savvy AI Video Ads Creator to produce engaging, high-quality video advertisements for social media and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has strong skills in AI video generation, video editing, visual storytelling, and creating attention-grabbing ad creatives that align with brand goals.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form video advertisements for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, and visual storyboards for video ads.
• Generate AI-powered video clips, images, characters, scenes, and other creative assets.
• Edit and assemble AI-generated footage into polished, engaging advertisements.
• Add captions, text overlays, transitions, music, sound effects, voiceovers, and other elements to enhance video performance.
• Create multiple variations of video ads for testing different hooks, messaging, visuals, and formats.
• Adapt video content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Combine AI-generated assets with traditional video editing and graphic design techniques.
• Follow brand guidelines while maintaining strong visual quality and consistency.
• Stay updated on emerging AI video generation, editing, and creative tools.
• Manage multiple video projects and deliver quality work within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an AI Video Creator, AI Video Ads Creator, Video Editor, or similar role for a US-based company or client.
• Experience creating short-form video advertisements and marketing creatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI video generation tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen, Pika, Higgsfield, or similar platforms.
• Experience using AI tools for image generation and creative development, such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of video hooks, storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual engagement.
• Ability to create compelling visuals designed to capture attention and communicate a clear marketing message.
• Experience creating different video formats and aspect ratios for social media platforms.
• Strong eye for design, typography, composition, color, and visual details.
• Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing AI-generated videos, video advertisements, and creative marketing content is required.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
