AI Video Creator & Editor

As our creative team grows, we're looking for an AI Video Creator & Editor who can transform ideas into realistic AI-generated videos and engaging short-form content that captures attention and drives campaign performance.

What You'll Be Crafting

• Create Realistic AI Video Content: Generate lifelike AI videos, images and UGC-style content using tools such as Kling, Seedance and NanoBanana, with a focus on natural-looking and brand-safe results.
• Edit High-Impact Short-Form Videos: Produce approximately 10 videos per week for Facebook, Instagram Reels, TikTok and other digital advertising platforms using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools.
• Develop Creative Concepts: Brainstorm hooks, storylines and visual concepts that translate campaign objectives into engaging, attention-grabbing video content.
• Optimise Content with AI and Trends: Experiment with AI workflows, visual effects and emerging social media trends to improve creative quality and production efficiency.
• Collaborate and Deliver: Work with media buyers, designers and the creative team to develop video concepts, incorporate feedback and deliver quality content within deadlines.

Your Superpowers

• 1–2 years of experience in video editing, short-form content creation or AI-assisted video production, supported by a relevant portfolio.
• Hands-on experience using AI video and image-generation tools to create realistic, lifelike content; familiarity with Kling, Seedance or NanoBanana is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar video-editing software, with knowledge of motion graphics or After Effects as an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English, and Mandarin, both verbal and written (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
• A creative, detail-oriented and adaptable team player who understands short-form video trends, can manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
