AI Video Creator

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing video concepts, scripts, storyboards, mood boards, and scene plans.
• Use AI tools to generate video clips, images, characters, backgrounds, voiceovers, and other creative assets.
• Support the production of social media videos, advertisements, brand videos, and narrative content.
• Assemble AI-generated materials into complete videos using editing software.
• Revise video outputs based on feedback from the creative lead and project team.
• Experiment with new AI video tools, prompting methods, and creative workflows.
• Help maintain project files, creative assets, prompts, and production documentation.
• Work closely with the team to complete projects according to the agreed creative direction and schedule.

Requirements

• Recent college graduate or graduating student.
• Degree or major in Film or Directing, Audiovisual or Video Production, Multimedia Arts, or Art or Visual Design.
• No relevant professional work experience required.
• Strong interest in AI technology and AI-powered creative production.
• Good visual sense and a basic understanding of composition, storytelling, pacing, and design.
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to a rapidly changing production workflow.
• Responsible, organized, and able to receive and apply feedback.
• Must be able to work on-site in Makati.

Preferred but not Required

• Familiarity with video-editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• Experience using AI image or video tools through school projects or personal experimentation.
• Basic knowledge of storyboarding, animation, graphic design, photography, or sound production.
• Personal, academic, or thesis projects that demonstrate creative potential.

Portfolio Requirement
Professional experience is not required. Applicants may submit school or thesis projects, short films, audiovisual projects, storyboards, concept boards, animation, graphic-design or multimedia work, personal video projects, AI-generated images or videos, or other work that demonstrates visual creativity and storytelling potential.
