AI Video Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Turn briefs, product concepts, and offer ideas into engaging video concepts, hooks, scripts, and storyboards designed for Meta placements.
• Produce Reels and ad creatives end-to-end using generative AI (video, image, voice, music) alongside manual editing, motion graphics, and sound design.
• Write and test hooks: craft the critical first 3 seconds, then create variations of hooks, CTAs, lengths, and formats for each concept.
• Deliver assets in all required aspect ratios (9:16 for Reels/Stories, 4:5 and 1:1 for Feeds) with burned-in captions, safe zones, and brand-compliant graphics.
• Collaborate with performance marketers to analyze key ad metrics (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and iterate on underperforming or fatigued creatives.
• Track social media trends, popular formats, viral audio, and competitor ads in the Meta Ad Library to adapt them for our brand.
• Build and maintain a reusable library of prompts, workflows, templates, LUTs, and brand kits for fast, consistent output.
• Review AI assets to ensure high visual quality, brand safety, copyright compliance, and adherence to platform ad policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years in video editing or motion design, with at least 6 months of hands-on experience using generative AI video tools. (Freshers with an exceptional AI-generated portfolio will also be considered).
• Video Editing: Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve (at least two at a working level).
• Motion Graphics: Skilled in After Effects or CapCut templates for kinetic typography, lower thirds, callouts, and simple VFX.
• Generative AI Tools: Hands-on experience with AI video (Runway, Kling, Luma, Pika, Sora, Veo) and AI image/storyboard generators (Midjourney, Flux, Stable Diffusion, Firefly).
• Prompt Engineering: Ability to write precise, repeatable prompts and troubleshoot visual glitches (e.g., hands, text rendering, character drift).
• AI Audio & Voice: Experience with voiceovers, lip-syncing, and audio generation using tools like ElevenLabs, Suno, Topaz, or HeyGen.
• Meta Advertising Know-How: Understanding of Meta ad specs, safe zones, hook-body-CTA structures, 3-second hook optimization, and creative testing.
• Design & Storytelling: Solid foundation in composition, typography, color grading, and scripting tight 15–45 second visual stories.
• Working Traits: High ownership, fast iteration speed, attention to detail, comfort with feedback, and a drive to learn new AI tools continuously.

Good to Have (Nice to Have)

• Experience with node-based workflows like ComfyUI.
• Video upscaling (Topaz Video AI, Magnific) and AI rotoscoping/masking.
• AI avatar and UGC-style ad creation tools (HeyGen, Synthesia, Arcads).
• E-commerce, D2C, education, or lead-generation ad campaign experience.
• Regional language content sense (Hindi/Hinglish) for Indian audiences.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
