What you'll do:

• Edit engaging Reels, YouTube Shorts and video ads.
• Add B-roll, motion graphics, captions and sound effects.
• Transform AI avatar videos into polished, engaging content.
• Experiment with AI tools to make videos better and production faster.

What we're looking for:

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing and visual design.
• Familiarity with AI video tools is a plus.
• Creativity, ownership and the ability to deliver consistently.
