AI VIDEO EDITOR (FREELANCE / TASK-BASED)

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented AI Video Editor to produce engaging video content for our publishing, marketing, branding, and educational projects.

We’re looking for someone skilled in video editing, AI-assisted content production, and visual storytelling who can turn briefs and creative ideas into high-quality, platform-ready videos.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit promotional videos, social media reels, shorts, advertisements, product videos, explainers, educational content, and other video materials.
• Use AI tools to assist with video production, subtitles, voice generation, image enhancement, background removal, motion effects, and script-to-video creation.
• Perform post-production tasks, including trimming, transitions, audio editing, color correction, captions, graphics, and visual effects.
• Create platform-optimized videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, and digital advertisements.
• Produce basic to intermediate graphic design materials, such as thumbnails, social media graphics, posters, carousels, and presentations, when required.
• Organize and submit final videos, editable project files, and other required assets.
• Follow the provided creative brief, brand guidelines, technical specifications, and deadlines.
• Apply revisions and correct editing errors to ensure the final output meets the agreed requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven skills or experience in video editing and post-production.
• Familiarity with AI-powered video creation and editing tools.
• Proficient in video editing software and comfortable working with digital creative tools.
• Knowledge of captions, transitions, sound design, color correction, motion graphics, and platform-specific video formats.
• Basic to intermediate graphic design skills are an advantage.
• Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting agreed deadlines.
• Able to understand creative briefs, follow instructions, and incorporate feedback.
• Has their own computer, editing software, stable internet connection, and workspace.
• A portfolio or sample works demonstrating video editing skills is required.

Engagement Details

• Engagement Type: Independent Contractor – Freelance / Task-Based
• Compensation: Per task or project, based on the agreed scope and deliverables
• Work Arrangement: Flexible, output-based arrangement
• Work Schedule: Self-managed, subject to agreed project deadlines
• Revisions: Two revision rounds included per task, excluding corrections of errors, omissions, or deviations from the approved brief.

This is a project-based engagement with no guaranteed minimum volume of work. The selected contractor may receive assignments depending on project requirements.

Pay: From Php150.00 per hour
