AI Visual Designer

We are looking for an AI Content Creator who is passionate about visual storytelling, creative technology, and Generative AI.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality AI-generated image and video content to support marketing, social media, campaigns, corporate communication, and internal communication needs.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Information Technology, Multimedia, Broadcasting, Advertising, Communication, or other relevant fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in AI-generated content, content creation, graphic design, video production, or creative content.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in Generative AI content production .
• Proficient in Google Workspace , including Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.
• Good understanding of prompt engineering and Generative AI workflows for image and video production.
• Familiar with AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora , or similar tools.
• Strong visual sense and fundamental understanding of composition, lighting, color, framing, and visual storytelling .
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
• Able to translate a creative brief into concepts, storyboards, prompts, and final visual outputs .
• Able to perform prompt iteration, visual refinement, and quality control of AI-generated content.
• Understands AI generation techniques including text-to-image, text-to-video, image-to-image, and image-to-video .
• Creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, quick to learn, and strong in problem-solving.
• Awareness of copyright, brand safety, and responsible AI use

Job Descriptions :

• Develop and produce AI-generated images and videos for marketing, social media, campaigns, corporate communication, and internal communication.
• Translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into visual concepts, storyboards, prompts, and final visual outputs .
• Perform prompt engineering, testing, iteration, and refinement to achieve high-quality visual results.
• Operate, test, and explore various Generative AI tools for image and video production.
• Maintain consistency of characters, products, objects, styles, and visual identity across AI-generated content.
• Conduct editing, post-production, and quality control to ensure content meets creative and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communication, Marketing, Creative teams, and relevant stakeholders throughout the content development process.
• Research emerging visual trends, AI technologies, tools, and production techniques to improve content quality and production efficiency.
• Develop and maintain prompt libraries, AI workflows, documentation, and best practices for content production.
