AI Visual Designer (Image & Video)

Resonance is a London-based performance and recovery brand pioneering Energywear. Every Resonance product is powered by RESONANCE™ TECHNOLOGY, our proprietary technology engineered directly into the fabric.

Resonance is looking for a creative who specializes in AI-generated images and video to help us elevate our product, campaign, and advertising content.

We are looking for someone who can look at an existing product, post, video or campaign and see where AI could make it stronger. That might mean creating a visual we could not realistically shoot, transforming a product into a new environment, developing a concept from scratch, or generating a short sequence that gives an ad or product launch more impact.

You will create both AI stills and AI video, working closely with our content and design team to turn ideas into high-quality visual assets quickly.

We are a growing team with a large amount of content, campaigns and product work in development, and we want someone who can become a regular part of that creative process.

What you'll be doing

• Generating AI images and video for paid social advertising, organic content and product campaigns
• Creating premium product visuals using existing Resonance product photography and assets
• Developing environments, scenes, transitions and concepts that would be difficult or expensive to capture traditionally
• Looking at existing posts, videos and briefs and proactively suggesting where AI could elevate the creative
• Creating multiple visual variations for advertising and creative testing
• Helping us explore new ways to present products through AI
• Producing assets quickly for live campaigns and fast-moving content
• Maintaining accurate product details across generations, including garment shape, logos, proportions, colours and fabric details
• Working closely with our content lead and designer to keep output consistent with the Resonance brand
• Keeping up with developments in AI image and video generation and bringing new ideas and techniques into the team

What we're looking for

• A strong portfolio of AI-generated image and video work
• Experience creating high-quality visuals for brands, products, advertising or commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of current AI image and video generation tools, such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, FLUX, Higgsfield or equivalent
• The ability to create controlled and repeatable results rather than relying on one successful generation
• Strong product consistency and attention to detail
• A strong creative eye and the ability to develop ideas rather than simply follow prompts
• An understanding of composition, lighting, visual hierarchy and premium product imagery
• The ability to work quickly when a campaign or post needs a fast turnaround
• Reliable communication and willingness to take feedback

Experience with Photoshop, compositing, motion design or video editing is useful, but it is not the core requirement. The most important thing is your ability to develop and generate strong AI visual concepts.

Working arrangement

This is a part-time role of approximately two days per week to begin with.

If the fit is right, we want this to develop into regular ongoing work. As the volume of work increases, there is potential to move into a longer-term retained arrangement, increase the number of days, and potentially develop into a full-time role.

The position is fully remote to begin with.

Our office is based in North Greenwich, London. There may occasionally be opportunities to come into the office to meet the wider team, understand the brand more closely or work through larger projects together, but regular office attendance is not required for the initial part-time role.

If the role develops into something more permanent, we would ideally like the person to work more closely with the team, potentially including one or two office days per week.

Pay

£150 to £250 per day, depending on experience and portfolio.

Potential to progress to a monthly retainer or longer-term role.
