AI Workflow Trainer

We're looking for AI Workflow Trainers to join the ELLEUMINATE academy and teach AI integration, automation, and workflow optimization to mid-career professionals (our Quiet High Achiever community).

This is a contractor role where you deliver, and iterate on your own AI/workflow training curriculum within the ELLEUMINATE platform. You'll work directly with us on cohort launches, deliver live or hybrid sessions, and coach participants through implementing AI tools and processes in their own work.

We're not looking for someone to execute a pre-built curriculum. We want a practitioner who brings their own expertise, adapts the training to learner needs, and builds a reputation as a go-to AI/automation coach within our community.

YOU'LL OWN

Curriculum Design:

• Develop your signature AI methodology or workflow optimization framework
• Design training materials, case studies, real-world scenarios aligned to professional AI integration and automation
• Create engaging, practical learning experiences (classroom, virtual, or hybrid)
• Cover topics such as: prompt engineering, AI tool selection and use, workflow automation, decision-making with AI, AI for content creation, efficiency gains, scaling work through automation

Live Delivery:

• Facilitate cohort-based training sessions (live or hybrid delivery)
• Coach participants through implementing AI tools in their own workflows and roles
• Deliver hands-on exercises, tool walkthroughs, and real-time problem-solving
• Mentor individual participants on AI integration wins (time saved, quality improved, work scaled)

Continuous Improvement:

• Gather participant feedback and iterate on curriculum
• Track training effectiveness (did they implement AI? Save time? Scale their output? Improve decision-making?)
• Stay current on AI tools, techniques, and workplace integration trends
• Adapt your approach based on participant needs and emerging AI capabilities

Entrepreneurial Operation:

• You build and market your training offering within ELLEUMINATE
• You own your participant experience from pre-training through post-training support
• You're accountable for participant outcomes and satisfaction

YOU BRING

Core Requirements:

• ACLP certification (WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance or equivalent adult education qualification)
• 5+ years working with AI tools, automation, or workflow optimization (can be in professional role, consulting, training, or platform/tool role)
• Proven expertise implementing AI in professional workflows — you've used AI tools extensively, built automation, or coached others to do so
• Strong understanding of AI capabilities and limitations — you know what AI does well, where it adds value, and where it doesn't
• Track record designing and delivering engaging training — classroom, virtual, coaching, or workshop formats
• Ability to translate your AI/automation expertise into teachable frameworks (methodologies, models, hands-on workflows)

NOT REQUIRED BUT VALUED

• Experience training entrepreneurs, founders, or high-growth teams on technology or automation
• Background in tech, AI, data science, or software development
• Coaching certifications (ICF, WBECS, etc.)
• Experience with digital learning platforms or managing cohort-based courses
• Track record of outcomes (e.g., % of participants who implemented AI, time/cost savings, productivity gains)
• Personal brand or following in the AI/automation space
• Experience with multiple AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, specialized tools, etc.)
• Knowledge of no-code automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Background in HR, L&D, operations, or business process optimization

THE ELLEUMINATE COMMUNITY

You'll be training the Quiet High Achiever — mid-career professionals (primarily women, Asian by origin) who are excellent at their jobs but invisible in the market. They're:

COMPENSATION

Revenue split for experienced trainers with hands-on AI expertise and a track record of helping others implement AI

• You scale your income as you attract more participants and run multiple cohorts

• Administrative support (enrollment, logistics, payment processing)

• Participants report high satisfaction (4.5+ out of 5 rating)
• Participants apply what they learned — they implement AI tools, save time, improve output quality, or scale their work
• You build a reputation — participants recommend you; referrals come naturally
• You iterate and improve — each cohort is stronger than the last, reflecting new AI developments
• You scale — from 1 cohort to multiple cohorts running, potentially building a team under you

We're building a community of practitioners. You need to be credible, practical, and committed to your participants' success . Experience with corporate clients is a must.
