Your role as a Management Trainee…

• Assess Client Needs: Evaluate clients' financial needs based on their personal and financial situations.
• Provide Tailored Advice: Offer customized recommendations for financial products that meet individual needs.
• Policy Selection: Assist clients in choosing suitable financial solutions from various plans.
• Claims Assistance: Support clients in the claims process, helping them navigate any challenges that arise.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and new insurance products to offer the best options.
• Build Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing support and satisfaction.
