任职要求 / Job Requirements:

1、拥有 8 年以上 数据架构或 AI 工程相关工作经验，具备大型企业数据治理项目落地、端到端数据资产建设实战经历；曾主导 2 个及以上 制造、车联网或工业物联网领域企业级数据平台 / AI 平台的整体规划与交付。

2、具备团队管理经验，独立组建并带领团队完成数据治理平台、AI 平台的搭建与项目落地实施。

Over 8 years of working experience in data architecture or AI engineering, with proven track records in delivering enterprise-level data governance projects and end-to-end data asset development. Led the planning and delivery of no less than 2 enterprise-grade data or AI platforms in manufacturing, Internet of Vehicles (IoV) or Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).

Experience in team management; capable of building and leading teams to implement data governance platforms and AI platforms.

3、精通数据治理理论与落地实践，熟练掌握数据标准、数据质量、数据安全、元数据管理等核心模块；精通各类数据建模方法，熟悉概念模型、逻辑模型、物理模型设计规范；熟练运用 Hadoop、Spark、Flink、Kafka 等主流大数据技术栈，通晓数据湖、数据仓库、数据集市架构体系。

Proficient in theories and practical implementation of data governance, including core modules such as data standards, data quality, data security and metadata management.

Skilled in data modeling methodologies and design specifications for conceptual, logical and physical models. Experienced in big data stacks including Hadoop, Spark, Flink and Kafka, with solid understanding of data lake, data warehouse and data mart architectures.

4、熟练使用 SQL、Python、PyTorch/TensorFlow, and at least one vector database and retrieval engine.能够熟练使用 Visio、Draw.io、Archi 等架构设计工具绘制架构图纸；具备基础英语读写能力，可独立阅读英文技术文档。

Proficient in SQL, Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and at least one vector database and retrieval engine. Adept at using architecture design tools (Visio, Draw.io, Archi, etc.) to create architecture diagrams. Possess basic English reading and writing skills to comprehend English technical documents.

5、优秀的架构设计能力，可设计具备高扩展性、高可用性、高性能的企业级数据及 AI 整体架构。

Strong architecture design capabilities, able to design scalable, highly available and high-performance enterprise-level data and AI architectures.

工作职责 / Job Responsibilities：

1、设计全域业务数据架构。

Design enterprise-wide data architecture covering all business domains.

2、制定数据标准、数据质量、数据安全、数据合规等相关治理制度与作业流程。

Formulate governance policies and workflows for data standards, data quality, data security and data compliance.

3、针对生产、设备、供应链等场景开展大数据分析，深度挖掘数据业务价值。

Conduct big data analysis in production, equipment, supply chain and other scenarios to tap business value from data.

4、规划 AI 技术栈与应用架构，搭建 AI 开发及运维部署平台。

Design AI technology stack and application architecture, and build AI development and deployment platforms.

5、负责数据治理与 AI 技术人才的招聘、培养，搭建团队能力体系。

Recruit and cultivate talents for data governance and AI, and build the competency system for the team.
