About the role
Mid-level Operations & Maintenance Manager responsible for managing day-to-day operations of data center and compute infrastructure in Indonesia, ensuring SLA compliance and leading the local operations team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of data center / compute infrastructure in Indonesia, ensuring SLA
- Lead the local ops team; define shift, inspection, change and emergency procedures
- Interface with IDC, network, power and cooling vendors; manage service quality and cost
- Drive ops automation and process standardization to improve delivery efficiency
- Handle major incidents and emergencies; lead post-mortems and improvements
About you
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5+ years in data center / infra ops
- 2+ years managing a team
- Solid understanding of IDC, power, cooling and network infrastructure
- Proven local team and vendor management capability
- English / Indonesian as working languages; Chinese a plus
- Local data center ops and team management experience in Indonesia
- Familiarity with localisation matters such as BPJS and employment compliance
