Duties

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and independence
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, client progress, and any changes in condition
• Follow safety protocols and infection control procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for all
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a trusting and respectful relationship with clients

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or training preferred but not mandatory
• Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to care plans accurately
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
• Physical ability to assist with mobility tasks and perform light physical activities throughout the shift
• Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare settings is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting client dignity at all times

Pay: $11.00 - $14.25 per hour
