Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Aide-cuisinier to join our culinary team. This role involves supporting food preparation, cooking, and service in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
• Support cooking activities, ensuring quality and presentation of dishes
• Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene standards during all stages of food handling
• Serve food to customers or staff in a courteous and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and utensils
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
• Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and ingredients as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of meals during busy periods

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic meal preparation techniques is advantageous
• Familiarity with the food industry standards for cleanliness and safety is beneficial
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role

Rémunération : 16,60$ à 20,00$ par heure
