What You’ll Do

• Lead, support, and inspire our caregiving team
• Hire and onboard new caregivers who fit our warm, resident‑centered culture
• Ensure compliance and quality standards are consistently met
• Partner closely with a strong, supportive nursing department
• Help create a positive, team‑focused environment

• Schedule nursing assistants to ensure staffing needs are met
