AIF Operations Executive / Associate

We are seeking an AIF Operations Executive / Associate to join our team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for supporting the day-to-day operations of a Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF). The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of our investment management operations. Key responsibilities include handling investor onboarding processes, managing KYC documentation, and overseeing subscriptions and redemptions. You will coordinate with various service providers such as RTA/CAMS, custodians, fund accountants, banks, and brokers to facilitate seamless operations. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation and review of NAV, maintain investor statements and capital account records, and perform bank, cash, and portfolio reconciliations while addressing any discrepancies. The role also involves tracking fund expenses, management fees, and other operational transactions, as well as maintaining comprehensive fund-related records and trackers. You will assist in preparing management information systems (MIS), investor reports, and fund factsheets, and support audit, tax, compliance, and regulatory requirements by providing necessary documentation. To be successful in this role, candidates should have a strong understanding of AIF operations, particularly in Category III AIFs, and experience with RTA platforms like CAMS. Familiarity with investor onboarding, KYC processes, and bank/custodian reconciliation is preferred. A basic understanding of Indian financial markets will be beneficial.
