What they need
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end investor lifecycle for Category I or Category II AIFs.
Handle onboarding of HNI/UHNI/NRI & institutional investors.
Draft Contribution Agreements, Deeds, and support side letters (SEBI compliant).
Maintain capital commitment register drawdowns, transfers, exits.
Coordinate capital calls, inflows & bank reconciliations.
Maintain investor capital summaries (contributions, distributions, NAV).
Liaise with RTA, Custodian, Legal & Compliance teams.
Ensure KYC/AML/FATCA & SEBI AIF compliance.
Support NAV validation, audits & regulatory reporting.
Handle demat validation, off-market transfers & investor master updates.
Requirements
2+ years in AIF operations.
Hands-on experience in Category I or Category II AIFs.
Strong knowledge of SEBI AIF regulations.
