该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、基于自研AI芯片编译器(C/C++实现)设计及开发算子及优化逻辑; 2、负责设计、开发和维护AI后端编译器，以支持自研NPU架构和指令集; 3、负责NPU架构和指令集的调研和分析，为编译器优化和代码生成提供技术支持; 4、负责模型性能调优工具的设计及开发; 5、负责AI芯片指令集设计与优化. 任职要求： 1、良好的C/C++编程功底，扎实的数据结构与算法基础； 2、良好的团队沟通能力与问题解决能力； 3、熟悉RISC-VVectorExtension指令集优先，有RISC-V/NPU/GPU性能优化经验，对某优化策略有深入研究优先； 4、熟悉RISC-V/NPU/GPU/DSP核等硬件计算单元特性优先； 5、熟悉常见深度学习算法优先，如CNN、RNN、LSTM、Transformer
