.NET & Angular Senior Supervisor specializing in AI/LLM integration. The Senior Supervisor will lead the design and development of enterprise-grade .NET and Angular applications, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing software architecture, integrating AI and large language models into existing platforms, managing distributed systems, and ensuring code quality and best practices. The role involves supervising and mentoring development teams, coordinating with product and project stakeholders, and driving technical decisions aligned with business goals. The Senior Supervisor will also participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, risk management, and performance optimization, while promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong software development skills in .NET and Angular, with experience building and integrating AI/LLM-based solutions.
• Proficiency in software design and architecture, including scalable distributed systems and microservices.
• Demonstrated team leadership capabilities, including mentoring, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in project management, including planning, estimation, prioritization, and delivery in an agile environment.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise application development, preferably in BPO, technology, or service-oriented environments.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or AWS), APIs, security best practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced setting.
• Experience integrating third-party AI services or frameworks, and familiarity with data privacy and compliance considerations is an advantage.
