AI/ML & Deep Learning Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML & Deep Learning Trainer to deliver practical and industry-oriented training to college students and learners. The trainer should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts through hands-on sessions, coding exercises, and real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
• Explain concepts from basic to advanced levels with practical examples.
• Develop and deliver hands-on coding sessions, assignments, assessments and projects.
• Train students in Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib and Scikit-learn.
• Cover ML algorithms such as Regression, Classification, Clustering, Decision Trees, Random Forest and other relevant techniques.
• Conduct training on Neural Networks, CNN, RNN/LSTM and Deep Learning fundamentals.
• Work with frameworks such as TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
• Guide students in implementing AI/ML and Deep Learning projects.
• Conduct coding exercises, evaluations, mock interviews and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Customize training content based on college/institution requirements.
• Maintain training materials, project documentation and student progress reports.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Good understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
• Hands-on experience with:
• NumPy
• Pandas
• Matplotlib/Seaborn
• Scikit-learn
• TensorFlow / PyTorch
• Knowledge of Data Preprocessing, Feature Engineering and Model Evaluation.
• Understanding of neural network architectures and model training.
• Knowledge of Generative AI / NLP / Computer Vision will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work with Jupyter Notebook / Google Colab.

Trainer Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and structured manner.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Ability to conduct practical, project-based learning.
• Willingness to travel to colleges/institutions when required.

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates with prior college training / corporate training / academic training experience.
• Candidates with hands-on AI/ML or Deep Learning project experience.
• Candidates with experience in developing or mentoring real-world AI/ML projects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
