Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AIML / Application / UAT & Testing Expert with strong expertise in programme and project management, government or public sector IT implementations, application testing, and AI/ML-enabled solutions. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, validating application functionality, managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensuring the quality, performance, and successful implementation of AI/ML-enabled IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate IT programmes and projects from planning through implementation and deployment.
• Lead Government and Public Sector IT implementation projects incorporating AI/ML capabilities.
• Oversee application testing, Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria aligned with project requirements.
• Validate AI/ML-enabled application functionality, model outputs, data quality, and performance.
• Coordinate with government departments, public sector stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and end users.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, resource utilization, risks, and quality standards.
• Identify, document, track, and facilitate resolution of defects and implementation issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, government IT standards, security requirements, and applicable quality guidelines.
• Prepare project progress reports, test execution reports, UAT documentation, and implementation status reports.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews, user training, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure successful project delivery in accordance with contractual obligations and client expectations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. A relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
• 10 years or more of experience in Programme Management or Project Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in Government or Public Sector IT implementations involving AI/ML capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in application implementation, software quality assurance, UAT, and testing management.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and project governance.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, project teams, implementation partners, and client expectations.
• Ability to prepare and review project documentation, test reports, implementation plans, and acceptance sign-off documents.
• Excellent analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in e-Governance, digital transformation, or large-scale government IT projects.
• Understanding of AI/ML applications, Generative AI solutions, and intelligent automation.
• Knowledge of API testing, database validation, test automation, and defect management tools.
• Familiarity with government procurement processes, project monitoring, and service-level requirements.
• Experience in preparing project status reports, risk registers, UAT reports, and implementation documentation.

Qualification - BE, B.Tech, MCA, MTech

Certifications - PMP, PRINCE 2 , AIML Certification
