AI/ML Data Scientist

For our client, we are seeking a AI/ML Data Scientist to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will focus on applying advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI methods to support mission-critical operations in a highly collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will help translate complex data into actionable insights, build and evaluate predictive solutions, and contribute to rapid prototyping efforts that improve decision-making and operational outcomes. You will also partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into existing workflows and align solutions with evolving mission needs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,900 – $195,050 annually

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate AI/ML solutions for mission-critical operations
• Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics using advanced techniques
• Support rapid MVPs and technical demonstrations for AI applications
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to derive operational insights
• Prepare and clean datasets for AI/ML analysis, ensuring data readiness
• Collaborate on integrating AI capabilities into existing workflows
• Participate in Agile processes to align solutions with mission requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field with significant experience
• 8+ years of experience in data science, AI, ML, or advanced analytics
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Experience developing, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models
• Strong understanding of predictive analytics and model evaluation of complex datasets
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and problem-solving frameworks
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
