Job Summary

We are looking for an AI/ML Developer to design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, hands-on experience with ML frameworks, and an understanding of data processing and model deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning and AI models.
• Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze datasets.
• Train, evaluate, optimize, and deploy ML models.
• Build predictive and classification solutions based on business requirements.
• Work with NLP, Generative AI, or Computer Vision projects as required.
• Develop APIs and integrate AI/ML models into applications.
• Monitor model performance and improve accuracy and scalability.
• Collaborate with software developers, data engineers, and product teams.
• Research and implement relevant AI/ML techniques and tools.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
• Experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Understanding of Pandas, NumPy, and data preprocessing.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and Git.
• Understanding of model evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of OpenAI APIs or other LLM APIs.
• Experience with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of MLOps and model monitoring.
• Experience with NLP or Computer Vision.

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
