AI/ML Developer

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in AI Architecture.

• Strong understanding of AI model deployment and integration within cloud and on-premises environments.

• Experience in designing scalable AI pipelines and production-grade AI systems.

• Familiarity with generative AI models and their practical applications.

• Proficient in deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.

• Ability to optimize AI solutions for performance and reliability.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AI Architecture.

• Take ownership of team-level decisions, ensuring they align with technical requirements and organizational goals.

• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to strategic and technical decision-making across the organization.

• Develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems within the immediate team and across cross-functional teams.

• Promote knowledge sharing, coaching, and mentorship to support continuous learning and professional development within the team.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure AI solutions are aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities.

• Track project progress, manage priorities, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, scalable AI solutions.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
