AI/ML Developer

AI/ML, GenAI & Agentic AI Engineer 4-6 Years

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop and deploy production-grade Machine Learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

Required skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL and REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning and model evaluation
• Experience with Scikit-learn and TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG and vector databases
• Experience building AI agents using LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or similar frameworks
• Knowledge of tool/function calling, multi-step workflows, state/memory management and human-in-the-loop patterns
• Experience integrating agents with APIs, databases and enterprise applications
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI or similar platforms
• Experience with FastAPI, Docker, cloud deployment and CI/CD
• Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps, evaluation, observability, guardrails and responsible AI
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills

Preferred:

• Experience with multi-agent systems and agent orchestration
• Knowledge of MCP and enterprise search
• Experience implementing AI security, access control and data-privacy controls
• Banking, financial services or healthcare domain experience

one production AI/ML project plus one production GenAI or Agentic-AI project.
