Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Developer to design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered agents and AI pipelines for production applications. The ideal candidate should have strong Python development experience, hands-on expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop LLM-powered agents using LangChain and LangGraph.

Build multi-agent orchestration systems with routing, state management, and error handling.

Develop RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector search, hybrid search, and re-ranking.

Integrate OpenAI and Azure OpenAI APIs with tool calling and streaming capabilities.

Build asynchronous APIs and services using Python, FastAPI, asyncio, and httpx.

Implement prompt engineering, structured JSON outputs, and dynamic prompt management.

Develop real-time conversational AI using WebSockets and SSE.

Implement resilient services with retry logic, circuit breakers, and fallback mechanisms.

Integrate PostgreSQL, vector databases, and LLM observability tools.

Write production-quality code with proper testing, logging, and error handling.

Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and agile sprint delivery.

Required Skills

10+ years of software development experience with strong Python expertise.

2+ years of hands-on LLM development experience.

Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent frameworks.

Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector search, and re-ranking.

Experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI APIs, streaming, and tool calling.

Expertise in asynchronous Python, FastAPI, asyncio, and httpx.

Strong prompt engineering and structured output experience.

Experience with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy Async, and Alembic.

Knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and API design.

Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Nice-to-Have Skills

LangGraph StateGraph and multi-agent orchestration.

LLM observability tools such as Langfuse.

Vector databases such as OpenSearch, Pinecone, or pgvector.

WebSocket and SSE streaming.

Multimodal AI and vision models.

AWS services such as Aurora PostgreSQL, SSM, IAM, and EKS.

Telecommunications or field service domain experience.

A strong Python developer with hands-on LLM application development experience who can build reliable, scalable, production-ready agentic AI systems and RAG pipelines.
