AI/ML Developer

We are expanding our AI and technology team and are looking for a motivated and technically strong AI/ML Developer cum Trainer who can contribute to both AI/ML development projects and student training for our Chandigarh branch.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI/ML Development & Projects

• Develop and implement practical AI/ML applications and solutions.
• Build AI-powered applications, intelligent automation systems, chatbots, assistants, and other AI solutions.
• Work with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, Machine Learning, and AI APIs.
• Develop and integrate AI solutions using third-party APIs and modern AI platforms.
• Build and test prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production-oriented AI applications.
• Work with REST APIs and external services for AI and automation integrations.
• Implement AI-based workflows and automation solutions.
• Debug, test, optimize, and maintain AI/ML applications.
• Research and experiment with emerging AI tools, frameworks, models, and technologies.
• Collaborate with the technical team on internal and client-oriented projects.
• Maintain technical documentation and project resources.

Training & Student Mentorship

• Conduct practical training sessions in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Teach students concepts related to Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, and related technologies.
• Explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Conduct hands-on coding and project-based learning sessions.
• Guide students in developing AI/ML projects from concept to implementation.
• Review student assignments, code, and projects and provide constructive feedback.
• Help students build practical, industry-relevant and portfolio-ready projects.
• Mentor students in debugging, problem-solving, and implementation.
• Prepare practical exercises, assignments, demonstrations, and project-based learning material.
• Stay updated with current AI/ML industry trends and incorporate relevant technologies into training.

Required Skills & Qualifications Must Have

• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning fundamentals.
• Good understanding of Python programming.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and concepts.
• Understanding of NLP and Generative AI concepts.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-based applications.
• Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of data handling, model training, evaluation, and deployment concepts.
• Ability to develop practical AI/ML projects.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and work with rapidly evolving AI technologies.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.

Candidates with strong practical AI/ML development experience and relevant project portfolios may also be considered.

Experience

0–2 years of relevant experience can be considered for junior candidates with strong practical skills and projects.

Candidates with 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, Generative AI, automation, or technical training are also welcome to apply.

Freshers with strong hands-on AI/ML projects, GitHub portfolios, internships, or practical development experience may also be considered.

Compensation

₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, technical skills, and performance.
