Job Summary

Techars Solution is looking for a talented and motivated AI/ML Developer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have strong AI/ML development skills, excellent English communication, and the confidence to participate in technical interviews and discussions with international clients.

This role is suitable for someone who can work independently, manage projects, and professionally represent Techars Solution under a Staff Augmentation Model.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI/ML solutions.
• Independently manage and deliver assigned projects.
• Understand client requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions.
• Participate in technical interviews with international clients.
• Explain technical concepts, previous projects, and solutions clearly.
• Communicate professionally with international clients and stakeholders.
• Take ownership of projects and meet deadlines.
• Represent Techars Solution during client technical discussions and interviews.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in AI/ML Development.
• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Good programming and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English communication skills (mandatory).
• Confidence in participating in international client technical interviews.
• Ability to clearly explain technical experience and previous projects.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
• Experience with Staff Augmentation / Resource Augmentation is highly preferred.
• Strong professional attitude and sense of responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
