What they need
3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel).
Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, and deployment practices.
Experience on selenium.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
