AI/ML Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in developing and implementing AI strategies, initiatives, and projects.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate AI development and application activities.
• Support and supervise the development team in delivering high-quality AI solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality and performance of AI projects.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to optimize resources and project execution.
• Research emerging AI technologies and apply them to practical business projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields .
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AI/ML .
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML, Computer Vision, NLP, LLM , and related technologies.
• Strong expertise in Data Management / Data Governance .
• Good planning, organization, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-management skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire team members.
• Understanding of AI-related regulations, ethics, risk management, and industry standards .
• Good command of English .
