AIML Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models and AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, experience with data analysis, and expertise in building scalable machine learning solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, train, test, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for model training.
• Design and implement AI solutions to solve business problems.
• Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams.
• Monitor deployed models and retrain them as needed.
• Research and implement new AI/ML techniques and technologies.
• Create technical documentation and reports.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI concepts.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Pandas.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, or Microsoft.
• Familiarity with MLOps, Docker, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI deployment frameworks.
