We are seeking a dynamic and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our forward-thinking technology team. Duties

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models utilizing frameworks such as TensorFlow and Spark to address real-world challenges.
• Implement AI solutions leveraging cloud services like AWS to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
• Conduct statistical analysis and modeling using tools like R and SAS to extract insights from large datasets.
• Develop ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading from various SQL databases and big data platforms such as Hadoop.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate natural language processing (NLP) capabilities and generative AI into existing products.
• Optimize machine learning models through rigorous evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and model training techniques to improve accuracy and performance.
• Lead efforts in data mining, database design, and linked data management to support AI/ML initiatives.
• Deploy scalable AI models into production environments using Spark implementation and model deployment best practices.
• Utilize statistical analysis tools for research purposes to inform model development strategies.
• Support data analytics initiatives by applying machine learning/AI-based analysis for predictive modeling and insights generation.

Requirements

• Proven experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, or similar platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C, Bash (Unix shell), or VBA for automation and model development tasks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI services on AWS or comparable platforms for model training and deployment.
• Deep understanding of big data systems including Hadoop ecosystem components like Hive or Pig; familiarity with Talend for data integration is a plus.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, analysis tools like R or SAS, and advanced analytics techniques including unsupervised learning methods.
• Knowledge of SQL databases along with experience designing efficient database schemas for large-scale applications.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), generative AI models, and predictive modeling analysis techniques.
• Ability to work with distributed computing frameworks such as Spark implementation for large-scale data processing tasks.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills focused on scalability and performance optimization in AI systems.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams on AI implementation strategies and project requirements.

Pay: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour
