Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and other AI/ML tools to solve complex business problems.
• Implement scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Conduct statistical analysis for research purposes, utilizing tools like R and SAS to derive meaningful insights from large datasets.
• Develop ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading from various SQL databases and big data systems such as Hadoop and Spark.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments through model training, evaluation, and deployment processes.
• Perform natural language processing (NLP) tasks for text analysis or conversational AI applications using advanced machine learning techniques.
• Design database schemas and optimize database design for efficient data mining and analytics workflows.
• Utilize data analytics tools like Looker or Talend to visualize results and support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure scalability of AI/ML solutions by implementing best practices in model evaluation, model deployment, and system architecture.

Experience

• Proven experience in developing machine learning models with frameworks such as TensorFlow or similar tools.
• Strong background in statistical analysis tools including R, SAS, or equivalent for research-driven insights.
• Hands-on experience working with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark (including Spark implementation), and related ecosystems.
• Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning services on AWS or comparable platforms for scalable AI implementation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C, Bash (Unix shell), VBA or similar scripting languages for automation and development tasks.
• Knowledge of SQL databases along with experience designing efficient database schemas for analytics purposes.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), generative AI models, predictive modeling analysis, and model evaluation techniques.
• Understanding of data mining processes using tools like Talend or Looker to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Ability to work effectively within big data systems while ensuring the scalability of AI/ML solutions across enterprise environments.

Pay: $35.72 - $40.00 per hour
